Automated self-check-in touch screen

We are pleased to announce the Surgery now has an automated self-check-in touch screen; this is located opposite the main reception on ground floor. 

This is a simple to use touch screen that enables patients to check themselves into our appointment system. Should you not feel comfortable using such a system, you can obtain help, or book in with our reception staff in the traditional manner on the ground floor. 

The check-in machine will tell you which waiting room to go to, and the system will automatically let the clinician know that you have arrived and will shortly be waiting.

Please do ensure you take note of which of the 4 waiting rooms you have been advised to wait for your appointment, due to our size we appreciate it can be quite daunting to understand where you need to go, so we are in the progress of updating our signage throughout the building to make the experience as stress free as possible. 

We are currently in the process of testing the functionality to extend the ability to check-in via your mobile phone, which will allow you to follow the same process but via a website on your phone. Once this feature has gone live, we will be adding it to our appointment confirmation and reminder SMS/Emails so you can check in once you have arrived at Banbury Cross Health Centre.
